Refund policy

At 416 Monarch, we want you to be happy with your order. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept eligible returns under the policy below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use
  • Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Returns for Size, Fit, or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size, the fit isn’t what you expected, you changed your mind, or you simply no longer want the item, you may request a return within the 30-day return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. 416 Monarch is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible from our contact page on our website.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

If we determine that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. In these cases, 416 Monarch will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your refund will cover the amount paid for the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary returns.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for items that are:

  • Worn or washed
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Stained or soiled
  • Returned without required original tags
  • Altered or modified
  • Returned after the 30-day return period
  • Designated as final sale at the time of purchase

Sale and Discounted Items

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, items purchased using a discount code are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.

If an item is specifically marked Final Sale, it is not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, you may return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement item.

This allows us to process orders based on current inventory availability.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact [YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from 416 Monarch first.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Inspection

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.

Items that are returned in eligible, unused condition may be returned to our available inventory.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or other use are not eligible for a standard return.

Policy Changes

416 Monarch reserves the right to update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
